The customer is liable to pay Bikepacking India the purchase value of the bicycle in case of loss/ theft.

All bikes come equipped with bottle holders, any other accessories can be arranged at an extra cost.

Any physical damage to the bike shall be paid for by the customer in full.

In case of failure to return the bikes in the stipulated time as mentioned in the Bike Rental agreement, extra rent will be charged.

Valid original Govt. authorised ID Proof has to be submitted at the time of bike pickup will be safely returned at the end of the ride.(Aadhaar Card not Valid)

Security Deposit: An amount of INR. 1000 towards security deposit (Fully Refundable) has to be paid at the time of pick-up.

The bikes once picked up from the pick-up point should be returned within 12 hours.

Overnight charges are INR. 150 (Not applicable for long term rentals.)

Always lock your bike and keep it indoors, any water damage shall usher a fine of INR. 200.
